Delmar Varsity set the tone early and never looked back Wednesday afternoon, rolling to a 6–0 victory over the JMB Clippers Varsity behind timely offense and overpowering pitching. The Wildcats capitalized on early opportunities and leaned on a commanding start from Aiden Rementer to secure the shutout.
Early Momentum Sets the Tone
Delmar plated five runs in the second, applying immediate pressure to the Clippers defense. The Wildcats took advantage of walks, defensive miscues, and productive at‑bats to build a cushion before Bennett could settle in. Desmond Brown highlighted the early surge, going 2‑for‑4 with two RBIs to help open the game.
