Salisbury, MD – April 7, 2026
Parkside’s squad delivered a complete performance at the plate and on the mound, overwhelming Crisfield 14–0 in five innings during Bayside Conference action. The Rams struck early, applied steady pressure throughout, and backed it with airtight pitching to secure the convincing shutout win.
Rams Strike Before Crabbers Settle In
Parkside wasted no time seizing control, pushing across two runs in the opening frame before breaking the game wide open with an eight‑run first inning surge. Crisfield struggled to slow the onslaught, as Parkside capitalized on traffic, timely hitting and extended at‑bats to quickly put the game out of reach.
Multiple Rams Deliver at the Plate
The Rams finished with 13 hits and five walks, showcasing both patience and power. Garrett Jones and Thomas Gormley each collected three hits and drove in three runs, anchoring the middle of the order. AJ Agoglia added a perfect 2‑for‑2 night with an RBI, while Aiden Headley chipped in two hits, a double, and run production to keep the pressure constant.
Parkside Pitchers Control the Game
Parkside’s pitching staff was dominant from start to finish. Paxton Green earned the win, allowing just one hit over two innings while striking out four. Austin Kinhart worked a clean middle frame, and Frank Harrison closed things out with two scoreless innings and four strikeouts. The trio combined to allow just one hit while fanning eight.
Crisfield Struggles to Find Rhythm
Crisfield managed only one hit — a single by Carter Marsh — and faced constant defensive pressure. Despite multiple arms taking the mound, the Crabbers were unable to stem the tide early, while the offense never found sustained momentum against Parkside’s pitching depth.
Player of the Game
Garrett Jones (Parkside) delivered in every phase offensively, finishing 3‑for‑4 with three RBIs and multiple runs scored. His timely hits fueled the early rally and helped Parkside maintain separation throughout the contest.
Final
Parkside 14, Crisfield 0
With contributions across the lineup and a dominant showing on the mound, Rams continue to pair disciplined offense with reliable pitching.
